I got my IndieGoGo stuff!

8-)

So happy! :D

The minis are absolutely amazing. Crazy nice looking. The casting quality is great and the sculpts themselves are absolutely jaw-dropping.

I was surprised that the rulebook is digest-sized. It's not a bad thing, mind, this is one super-portable game which is nice, but I somehow always thought that it would be full-sized.

Great, now we want to see them painted ;]

When you have seen those big books disturbing during games, you realise smaller ones are the future XD

I fully agree, since I'm an nearly-ex-warhammer fantasy gamer xD.

 Yes! Those current WHFB and 40k books, though gorgeous, are massively impractical to use in a game (let alone even carry along or, God forbid, read in the bus  ).

As an aside, reading the 1650 rulebook in the bus is nicely soothing since there is nothing embarrassing in the art department :geek:

Yesterday I cleaned up three of the minis and man, the quality is mind-blowing. I'm extremely rigorous when it comes to mold lines and these had the least mold lines I've seen during my well over twenty years in the hobby. Minimal lines on the boots and then miniscule ones on a couple of sleeves but really, these were the first minis I felt like I could've painted without cleaning.

Top-notch work!

You can't say Francois ( our caster, from VRMiniatures ) is the fastest, but he is the best one ;]
